Merry Christmas began with a working title of Christmas is Here Again. I really enjoyed the deep production dive on this one. I started with a reference track to get the vibe down and then built out the arrangement from there. I've always loved singing and writing Christmas songs, so I spent extra time researching appropriate instrumental sounds to build Christmas production templates for future use. Months after the initial production, I decided to revisit it and used my husband as the inspiration for the lyrics.

You're Unique, You're Special began as a little ditty that I wrote years ago and dedicated to my niece on a Facebook live performance. At the time, I was living in Missouri and she was in Pennsylvania and she wanted to hear a song especially for her. It was a really fun way to connect through music over a long distance! Since then, she's taken up playing guitar and piano, I'm so proud of her! This song is customizable, meaning you can change the lyrics for a special occasion and make it your own gift.

Behind the scenes producing Head in the Clouds
Head in the Clouds started as a melodic improv inspired by a red-winged blackbird on a walk through the PA countryside.
It became the custom theme song for Character Cues, Clayton Lindemuth's custom pool cue business.
Custom songs aren't available to the public unless the client agrees. In this case the client (my husband) encouraged me to make it available to download, since he loved the simple, catchy, upbeat feel of it.
